What is your guarantee?

If your protector is for an existing mattress and fails due to materials or manufacturing defect we will replace your protector for a period of up to 10 years from date of purchase.

If you buy this protector with a new mattress from Beds.ie and in the unlikely event the protector fails and the mattress is stained, we will professionally clean the mattress to the customer's reasonable satisfaction, or if not, we will replace the mattress like for like, or if not available a suitable alternative as well as the protector for a period of up to 10 years.
