Do you have a showroom?

No, we are an online-only retailer based in Northern Ireland. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass those savings on to our customers. Research has shown that customer satisfaction is far greater with a product that has been researched from the internet versus a store-purchased product. Customers can also benefit from our generous returns policy.

Is there any way I can view your products?

Delivery

When will I get my order?

We deliver to all areas in Ireland on a weekly schedule. Please see our Delivery Information page for our delivery areas and timeframes.

For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2-10 working days from order, depending on your location.

Is this product in stock?

Please allow available/lead times for non-stock/to order items. Lead times are stated on each individual product. Products without a lead time listed are classed as stock items.

Do you take away the old mattress?

Yes! The price for the removal of your old mattress and/or divan base is €40 per item.

Note: Mattresses must be in a clean and hygienic condition for our drivers to take away.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, but there are some important conditions:

  • Beds & Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened
  • Beds & Mattresses which have been opened or slept on cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
  • You have 14 days from delivery to inform us if you want a return
  • A collection charge of up to €150 per item applies
