Returns Policy

If you would like to return your product for any reason, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your product by writing to or emailing dreamz@beds.ie stating your order reference and reason for cancellation.

Important: Beds & Mattresses

  • Beds & Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened
  • Beds & Mattresses which have been opened or slept on cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
  • If you wish to test a product that you are unsure of, please keep it sealed in its original packaging
  • All products agreed by Beds.ie to be uplifted MUST be returned within 14 days of agreement

Collection Charges

Returning your product(s) will incur a charge of up to €150 per item

This charge covers the collection and return logistics from your delivery address to our warehouse.

Services such as Removal, Assembly, and Anti-Slip kits are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund associated with your order.

Faulty Goods

If the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, the item(s) should be returned with the driver and reported to beds.ie while the driver is still present.

If the item(s) is found to be faulty within one year of purchase, please write to or e-mail us at dreamz@beds.ie, stating your order reference, nature of the problem and attaching/enclosing clear photographs depicting the problem.

Important: We are sorry but Beds.ie are unable to look into such claims if photographic evidence is not supplied. No items may be returned to us without prior agreement.

12 Month Guarantee

All beds.ie products carry a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults. This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

To make a claim under guarantee, please email dreamz@beds.ie with:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear description of the fault
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Note: The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or products that have not been used in accordance with care instructions.
